Your poster will be printed on classic poster paper especially for you after you order.
Posters ship rolled in a tube directly from my printmaker.
Benefits of this method include:
* You have more to choose from.
* Your poster is brand-new, not a dusty relic warehoused for who-knows-how-long.
* Your order is environmentally sustainable because:
~ Resources are used only to create posters people want.
~ Eliminating warehouse space conserves energy.
~ Reducing the number of times posters ship lessens environmental impacts.
Bonus: because these save me money, they also save you money!
This beloved monument in Savannah’s historic Bonaventure Cemetery (known best for the Bird Girl statue featured on the cover of Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil) memorializes Marie M. Barclay Taliaferro (1858-1893).
Three of Marie’s children with husband Charles Champe Taliaferro predeceased her and are buried in the same plot. The cross to the left of her monument belongs to son Benjamin, who died in 1889. Katherine and Marie Champe’s graves (not pictured) are next to his.
In 1893, Marie died at age 34. Perhaps this fourth loss was too much for Charles to bear, as he then took their three surviving children to live in Virginia.
